The bottoms of metal shaving cream cans often rust and leave hard-to-remove rings on bathtub surrounds.
Since many cans of shaving cream are the same size as cans of potato-crisp rounds, you can take the plastic lid from the crisps and snap it on the bottom of the shaving cream can. The plastic lid does an excellent job of protecting the tub surround.
