Carrot and Parsley Juice Recipe

* Wash and peel 12 carrots (about 2 lb). Process the carrots in a juicer. You may also want to add an apple or a cup grapes for sweetness. Transfer the juice to a blender.

* Cut the stems off a handful of parsley, and discard them. Rinse the leaves well, and chop finely. Stir the parsley into the carrot juice.

* Drink a glass in the morning and another in the evening. If no improvement is seen after the first day, add a second handful of parsley. In addition to its bloat-beating ability, this juice packs a healthy wallop of vitamins!
