Ingredients
3 tbsp muld olive oil
1 tbsp white wine or balsamic vinegar
pinch of sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp honey or soft brown sugar
handful traggaon and sweet basil, chopped.
Instructions
Place the oil and vinegar in a bowl and whisk together. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend.
This dressing is good with cold fish.
