What you need:
Plain biro pen, scraps of glittery or shiny fabric cut to 2 cm X 40 cm, tinsel or tinsel shreds, sticky tap and PVA glue
Instructions:
1.Cut piece of tinsel and attach to the top of pen using sticky tape ( wrap tape around pen a few time to secure in place ).
2. Apply thin , even layer of glue to material. Starting bottom wrap material around pen slightly over-lapping each layer.
3. Hang pen up to dry by tinsel using clothes peg.
