What you need:
11 inches X 17 inches framed bulletin board, Large craft ,buttons, Assorted buttons, Scrap of ribbon,Hot glue gun
Instructions:
1. Glue buttons onto frame of bulletin board as desired.
2. Tie ribbon into a bow , glue to center top of bulletin board.
